Technology and Internet both create, displace and nullify jobs. It appears the pace of job destruction so far is higher than that of creation. What's to do? Do we make a concerted effort for voluntarily sustaining jobs? Should we adopt a cash disbursement approach that bypasses jobs? How do support low and emerging digital economies in developing countries in looking beyond outsourcing and in creating co-sourcing, in-sourcing jobs?
