Net Gain community foundations learn about and share local Civic Innovation (Technology and Connector Social Productivity) Ordinances and related training programs for public bodies and community anchor institutions in Local zones (planning, zip, tif) and wider Community college areas (linked with university, healthcare, public safety, subregional planning areas). Purposes include developing and sharing local models and training materials (linked databases of small-to-large community anchor institutions, hotspot in a box tools and tax incentives, community business intelligence plans for virtual infrastructure and services), community service quality assemblies, data exchanges (zip, 911, 311, IOT), community ignite partnerships with community colleges/universities and social productivity indicators for planning decision making of human, and natural built environment. One community college/university and local innovation ordinance model in development in Illinois.
