Netgain Challenge

Create a software program that collects together ideas of how to best improve our world issues. People vote on who they think has the best ideas and the leading thinkers are invited to weigh in on the solutions. From education, to sanitation, to climate change, to economics. Categories could be determined. I would think that algorithms could be written to create possible resolutions and a consensus could be decided upon.
